I didn’t understand what my parents were complaining about when I was twelve and drank Mountain Dew’s newest glow-in-the-dark color: Who cared if the soda fountain ran out of cream soda or ginger ale? Flashier, sweeter flavors had gained the upper hand, and there was no going back outside of a hip cafe or old deli.
Then the other day I tried to buy Bubble Hash and suddenly I realized what they meant. Expensive and refined rosin, THC diamonds, and shatter were easy to find, but the bubble hash and kief that I learned to love in college? That is harder to find as consumers become infatuated with the new, stronger concentrates.
While it’s not impossible to find bubble hash and even hand-rolled balls of Moroccan gold in Colorado, you can’t expect a random pot shop to have them. To help your high get that extra boost without the need for a blowtorch, here are five extractors and pharmacies that still sell the good ol ‘stuff.
The green hash factory

If you’re looking for the most classic concentrate, head to the nearest Colorado pharmacy that stocks Greenery Hash Factory products. The Greenery Hash Factory is an extraction branch of Greenery, a pharmacy in Durango and specializes in Lebanese and Moroccan hash, two of the oldest and most famous cannabis concentrates in the world – except in Colorado, where everyone wants to have their hash made in a space laboratory.
These two solvent-free processes go back centuries and use different methods to extract kief and then compress it. The kief is refined and decarboxylated to make the Factory’s versions stronger than their ancestors, but the beauty of both Moroccan hashball and blonde Lebanese hash remains intact. In the Greenery you will find a wide range of Hash Factory products; They’re also available in nearly 230 pot shops across Colorado.
The flower collective

If any city fits Bubble Hash’s funky past and personality, it’s Nederland, which celebrates a frozen dead every year with coffin races and pancake breakfasts. So we were thrilled when we found out that the Flower Collective is based in one of the hippie capitals of Colorado. The extractor’s products encompass both generations of hash heads and make creamy rosin buds for the Young’uns and ice water (from the snowmelt in the Indian Peaks Wilderness, according to the Flower Collective) for the old heads. rolled joints and blunts sprinkled with bubble hash. The Flower Collective says all of its muddy bubble hash is strain-specific, but it is only sold with indica, sativa, and hybrid labels.

A winner of multiple awards at various cannabis cups over the past three years, Dadirri makes several infused products, including CBD-THC beverages for medical patients and caviar buds coated with distillate and kief. However, the company’s bubble hash and bubble hash pre-rolls are spreading the name Dadirri in Colorado. The loose ice-water hash is not considered fully melted, but it is easy to sprinkle into bowls, joints, and edibles (although it’s better than table salt) or press rosin. According to the company website, Dadirri can be found at 100 pharmacies in the Denver area, but the brand is not currently being sold anywhere else in the state.
Alternative medicine on Capitol Hill hasn’t forgotten the old days.

This pharmacy has a wide variety of extracted options but still hasn’t forgotten the old days. The Cap Hill Pot Shop known in town as AMCH sells everything from THC diamonds to Rick Simpson Oil, and this menu almost always includes bubble hash (for less than $ 30 pre-tax, which is also one in the market today Profit is). Unlike the Flower Collective and Dadirri, AMCH’s bubble hash isn’t fluffy and muddy, so you can step back a few years while rolling some of that sticky hash ball into a little hash worm for an afternoon joint. Don’t tell your panting partner; It’s fun to see her eyes widen as the hash melts and oozes out of a roasting pan.
Four subway locations
Good chemistry may be the cheapest option for fans of water hash and classic concentrate. The Denver area pharmacy chain sells kief and loose water hash in four locations in Denver and Aurora, and both classic in-house concentrates, while sometimes tough on sensitive throats, are only slightly more expensive than the Flower from Good Chem. The strain-specific kief and hash are hanging from the flower that is promoting cultivation; So far we’ve enjoyed concentrates made from older varieties like Colombian Gold and Juicy Fruit Thai, as well as newer kids like MAC n ‘Cheese and Sueño.
