7 Colorado eating places win the 2021 Star Award from Forbes Journey Information

According to Forbes, seven restaurants in Colorado stand out from the rest.

The magazine was featured in the recently published Forbes 2021 Travel Guide Star Awards The Broadmoor as the longest running five-star hotel in the world. The luxury Colorado Springs hotel houses Colorado’s only five-star restaurant. the Penrose roomaccording to Forbes.

The only restaurant in Denver that made the list was Edge Restaurant & Bar, a steakhouse in the Four seasons hotel.

Two restaurants in Boulder, three in the highlands, and one in Colorado Springs rounded out the seven.

Boulder’s Jill’s Restaurant at the St. Julien Hotel & Spa, like Edge, received a recommendation while Flagstaff HouseWith Boulder in mind, Forbes received a four-star rating from Forbes Element 47 at the little Nell in Aspen.

Right at Beaver Creek in Avon is Mirabelle, mountain fun in a turn-of-the-century ranch house. Game Creek in Vail sits on a back bowl and needs a snowcat in winter and a four-wheel drive vehicle in summer to gain access to the secluded chalet.

These restaurants were among the 28 Colorado hotels – including hotels and spas – of the 1,870 recognized Forbes worldwide.

Denver Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons were the only hotels in Forbes listed as four or five stars in Mile High City.
