As we prepare for the official winter greetings and the holiday stress builds up, we’d like to remind you that we live in Mile High City and there is a lot to do to banish the holiday radio. This week has tons of spirits, music to celebrate the season, and Christmas comedies to make your week fun!
Events in Denver on Monday, December 16
Puppy and Patron Happy Hour

Dubbed the “Ultimate Happy Hour,” this event brings tequila and puppies together – and we’re totally here for that. This event welcomes everyone aged 21 and over to cuddle Lifeline Puppy Rescue puppies, take photos with puppies, Santa Claus – or both – and lots of shopping, specialty drinks, food trucks and much more.
Colorado Symphony Orchestra – All Beethoven’s 250th birthday party

Union Station Live Jazz: Treble by Train
When: December 17, 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Where: The Great Hall Union Station
Denver Jazz Staple LAPOMPE hosts this recurring jazz series every Tuesday night at Denver’s iconic Union Station. Live music and drinks are available for purchase as the band explores a mix of gypsy jazz, fiery blues, and American jazz standards in a celebration of the vintage jazz sound.
