A late 19th century Denver landmark hits the market today.

The news is driving: The Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast in downtown Tremont Place is listed at $ 4 million, according to LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, the realtor.

  • The property has two Victorian houses with 13 suites, four of which were designed by local artists.
  • The organic breakfast often includes ingredients from the property’s herb and vegetable gardens.

Background: The original building dates from 1879 and, according to the owners, was inhabited by Horace Tabor’s family.

  • In 1987 it opened as the first downtown bed and breakfast.
