All 5 star licensed eating places and bars in Denver

A look at the Street Bar Roomy for Milly platter, which has been certified with 5 stars in Denver. (Provided by Room for Milly)

As of March 3, Denver has approved 5-star certified companies to operate with Level Blue capacities and restrictions on the state’s COVID-19 dial.

What does that mean? Companies that have been city-screened for advanced health and safety protocols can operate at higher capacities indoors and at later times of the last call.

From Level Yellow (where uncertified companies reside) to Blue, diners at Denver restaurants shouldn’t notice much of a difference. Dining rooms should still have tables 6 feet apart and only be 50% occupied.

But larger restaurants below Level Blue can hold up to 175 people (previously it was capped at 50), and the largest rooms can seat up to 225 (was 175).

The biggest change you’ll notice across the board? The last call is only at midnight at level blue (23:00 before under yellow). But remember to check with each restaurant for opening hours and protocols.

Here is an ongoing list of the 5 star certified restaurants and bars in Denver. We will update it regularly.

But just because you can drink later in some eateries doesn’t mean you should loosen your own safety precautions when going out, according to health officials and restaurant staff.
