Cherry Creek Vacation Market is returning to Denver this season

DENVER, CO – After a successful first year last Christmas, the Cherry Creek Holiday Market has become an annual tradition – the second market will be open daily from November 18 through December 24.

The market is open Sunday through Wednesday 11am to 7pm and Thursday through Saturday 11am to 9pm on Cherry Creek North on Fillmore Street between 1st and 2nd Avenues.

This year 30 local manufacturers, designers and creators will be represented, officials said.

“The market offers buyers an even wider range of premium options and unique gifts, all in the heart of Cherry Creek North, an area known for its high concentration of local boutiques and national brands,” officials wrote in a press release .

Vendors include WUAMAN and Ushood, who sell warm weather clothing and accessories; Ceramiche Piscitello ceramics; reads from Usborne Books & More; The handmade wooden clocks and table fire pits from Mistura Woodcoholics from Baby Fire Pits.

Visitors looking for a bite to eat while shopping can find authentic German pretzels and sourdough breads from XLVII’s Bakery; Tunisian-style hummus from Yummy Yummy Products; European cheeses from La Montagne Des Saveurs; Stewart’s Scottish caramels; and Bibamba’s chocolate made from Cameroonian cocoa.

Blake Adams, owner of Fetch Concepts (the group that produces the event), called the vendors “the heart and soul” of the market.

“We received nearly 100 applications this year and we have compiled our list to offer the best selection of high-quality products from people who really care about what they make,” said Adams.

While shopping, market-goers can enjoy live music by local acts and find a “highly decorated Christmas atmosphere” with shipping containers that look like Christmas gift boxes and festive beverages from Colorado’s The Family Jones, atōst and Crooked Stave, named officials.

the Cherry Creek Holiday Market is part of the second annual Cherry Creek North Winter Wanderland, a collection of free holiday events across Cherry Creek that runs November 18 through December 31.

“During that time, the 16-block precinct will be decked out with more than half a million twinkling lights enveloping more than 600 trees from trunk to tip,” officials said. “Visitors can stroll the neighborhood, discover an interactive art installation, register to win a $ 1,000 gift card, enjoy free goodies and entertainment during Saturday Night Lights, and more.”
