Denver Bar featured in restaurant restoration

DENVER, CO – The oldest bar in Denver will be featured in the new Discovery + series “Restaurant Recovery” on Tuesday, the producers said.

On the show, Todd Graves, CEO of Raising Cane, will help Denver’s My Brother’s Bar, an iconic place that has been operating non-stop since 1873. The bar has barely survived, said owner Danny Newman.

Graves, who founded the popular restaurant chain Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, brings his industry knowledge and passion for business support to Restaurant Recovery. In each episode, Graves works with restaurateurs struggling to come up with creative solutions, renovations, and investments of more than $ 100,000 per restaurant ($ 1 million total).
