Little Slice Of Hell house is slated to promote for $ 590,000 in sizzling Colorado market – CBS Denver
DENVER (CBS4 / AP) – The real estate market in Colorado is so hot that even a “little piece of hell” is said to be sold for over $ 590,000. A real estate agent released a brutally honest statement about the dire condition of a Colorado Springs home for sale – and said she received 16 written offers in cash in the first 24 hours.
“If you dream of owning your own little piece of hell and turning it into a piece of heaven, then look no further!” Mimi Foster wrote in the listing on RedFin.

“You’ll also find that there isn’t a surface on the house that hasn’t been beautified with black spray paint or a swinging hammer – damage caused by an angry outgoing tenant who refused to pay rent,” explains Foster.
“But don’t let that slow you down. It’s nowhere near as daunting as the basement freezer, which is full of meat and has run out of electricity in over a year, ”she adds. “So be sure to wear your mask. Not to protect anyone other than your own. “

Despite the dire state in which the property was abandoned, there are many buyers interested in taking over the five bedroom home at 4525 Churchill Court.
Foster says a shortage of available homes means most are selling as they are.
