DENVER, CO – Planterra Foods is opening a manufacturing facility in Denver next week, the company said.
The new 189,000 square foot facility at 1485 E 61st Ave will employ approximately 200 people at full capacity in corporate and manufacturing functions, Planterra said.
“This is a major milestone for Planterra Foods and a dream of making our OZO ™ products here in our hometown of Denver is coming true,” said Darcey Macken, CEO of Planterra Foods, in a statement.
“We knew Colorado was the perfect place to start and grow this company, and with our incredible team of passionate, problem-solving foodies, I am confident that Planterra will continue to expand the world of the best-tasting, plant-based foods on the market . We can’t wait to share our future with new products, innovations and growth for our community. “

Planterra is known for its OZO burgers, nuggets, sausages, and OZO crust, none of which contain meat.
