What: Try gourmet versions of a classic made by some of the best chefs in town.

When: Dos Luces Brewery
Where: February 9th
What: Starting this month, the brewery owners are launching an educational series that highlights ingredients, food combinations, and more. Each participant can enjoy a few beers throughout the course, including guest taps.

Beer festival of wizards and witches

What: You are drunk, Harry. The Magical Beer Festival turns a downtown Denver club into the Great Hall for a night of debauchery, boozy potions, butterscotch beer, and book and film references. The party doesn’t stop until all mischief is cleared.

Ice bar + silent disco

What: In the second year, an ice bar takes over the LoDo restaurant for one night with enough vodka and whiskey cocktails to inspire drinkers to stop by a quiet disco afterwards.
