DENVER (CBS4)Tuesday is April 20 or April 4, which is an unofficial marijuana holiday in Colorado. On Monday evening, the Denver City Council approved the creation of smoking lounges and the public use of pots in special buses.
Behind the doors of a nondescript building in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood, a glimpse of the future of marijuana use. The Tetra Lounge is a private club, but the enacted regulation allows such places to go public if they meet the criteria.

It is a law to create more places to consume marijuana.
Tetra owner Dewayne Benjamin told Rick Sallinger of CBS4, “I think it’s great for the community to give them more space, especially this one. I think it’s a wonderful thing.”
The new law calls for opening up the marijuana business to “social justice,” for entrepreneurs without a lot of money and for those who have been negatively affected by marijuana laws in the past.

A bill passed by lawmakers provides loans for people who want to start marijuana businesses.
Marijuana buses will not only be open to private events as they have been before, but also to the public. There will be more hospitality locations like the Coffee Joint where you can bring your own for others to sell and consume.
